The Death, Burial, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ According to the Scriptures

It’s Easter Sunday, which means much more to us as believers than it does to the world. To the world, Easter is a time for schools and universities to take a spring break and for others to enjoy a long weekend. For the commercial world it’s another time to profit from religion. But for every true believer, the word Easter is bursting with life! Easter is about the resurrection; it’s about life and it’s about hope!

Without the resurrection we would all be living in doom, gloom and despair. Without the resurrection there would be no hope for those who have died. Without the resurrection of Jesus Christ, all the hopes of immortality would be forever lost!

Our hope lies in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Outside of Christ there is no hope!
